The mission house is 28 units of living under one roof. The unit sizes potentially range from 450 ft.² to 850 ft.². Each unit has at least one bedroom a sitting room, bathroom, kitchenette, carport, and an outdoor patio. This is our modest to middle income offering. It has a common dining room and kitchen, laundry, facilities, and mudroom. Because this is the core building of our mission⦠To live in this Mission farmhouse, renters will need to agree to a statement of biblical faith.

Additionally, this building will have a second story living space for the farm manager, along with a one room, farm management office.

They continue rotating around the exterior of this plot of land until 60 days later they are back where they started. In that 60 days, the land has time to rest and produce enough foliage to feed the cows, sheep, pigs, and chickens when they return.

There are three different composting methods that will be employed at the village and viewable for visitors walking on the Perimeter Promised Path. We will also have a small worm farm. Go Back/View on Map βTwo cottages will be made available for short term rentals in two week or four week segments for pastors and missionaries needing respite or a sabbatical. Churches will be allowed to rent these cottages out for their pastoral staff.
The option will be made available to either eat in the Mission House with meals all provided for their stay, or they can make their own meals with food supplied from the farm. Yes, of course, they can also bring their own food into the cottage.
12 independent living cottages with full kitchens and attached garages will range from 1000 ft.Β² to approximately 1400 ft.Β². These rentable living units will be open to any income level. As with the mission farmhouse, people residing in founders Park still require a 10-hour volunteer service commitment every week and will have the option to participate in the dining room meals.

It will be used to introduce new people to the concept of G3 Village, and it will also be the location where residents come to choose their service hours for the week. This building will be one of 52 story buildings. The second floor will be used as staff residence. There are no steps up anywhere in the village for residents 50 and older. The only steps up will be for staff members who live above one of the five buildings with a second story.

Truist Bank has committed to supporting children learning about agriculture, animal husbandry, science, and mathematics through a visit to G3 Village. This field trip center will include a food preparation area for the students to participate in creating their own lunch from foods they have collected on the property. A truly interactive learning experience. Some of the residents will choose to be educators for these field trips as part of their 10-hour commitment to serve at the village.

This building will house different ways of producing food, hydroponics, aquaponics, micro green production, and more. This area will be part of the learning tour for our field trip children. This building will also have a second story for staff housing.

Geared to be a profit center to ensure our mission farmhouse rent stays modest to middle income, this Good Food Repository will be available only during weekdays and Sundays via key card entry. Fresh farm food shopping will be available to people on an annual membership basis. They will have 24 hour access to this monitored space and purchases will be done on the honor system. They can pay for their produce via credit card.
On Saturdays, this building will be opened up along with the outdoor Weekend Vegetable Stand for the public to have access to purchase fresh farm food. The Good Food Repository will also have pet food available.
This outdoor pole barn will provide shade for our Saturday vegetable stand, open to the public. Fresh produce will be available for sale each Saturday between a specific set time. Other local vendors may be given space under the pole barn to expand the experience for our visitors.
Go Back/View on Map βThe perimeter promised path is a walkway around the entire 20 acre property fencing will separate the public walk area from the residence area. The walkway will be adjacent to the rotational, grazing area, enabling visitors and students to see cows, sheep, pigs, and chickens as they graze. Farther down the path there will be beehives, poultry paddocks, composting stacks, resting benches, pond, reflection areas, and encouraging words of promise, all along the way. This perimeter path will be available to the public from sun up, till sundown at least five days a week.

Go Back/View on Map βThis is a very flexible space. Different halls will be accessible in different sizes to allow rental space to create more income for the village. It can be used for church services, conferences, weddings, funerals, boardroom rentals, family, reunions, book signings, teachings, and more!
As a sidenote: this square footage is also the same required for a modest assisted living complex. We have had discussions with outside vendors who would rent the space from us and build a small assisted living community.
Second sidenote: if the cost of an events hall is beyond our initial reach for this pilot project, this property could also simply be additional pasture space.
The school bus parking is essentially as described. However, it is also going to be constructed for overnight RV rental spaces. This would be an overflow area for people that are staying for only one night and only electricity would be available at these sites.
