WHY WE DO IT... Then came COVID… Joanne, our CEO, was horror struck when she realized that seniors and many others were locked down in homes with isolation, depression, nutritional and financial distress. That was the spark for her next God mission, 'Purposeful Living' and the vision for a G3 Village was born.
WHAT WE DO...We Champion for the forgotten middle... at one end seniors with low-income receive HUD housing help and attention. At the other end seniors with higher incomes, can ably pay for upscale retirement living. But those with modest to moderate incomes are squeezed from view, they are unseen, unheard, and some can barely afford the homes they live in, with no one rallying to help them, until now...
HOW WE DO IT... We are a Christian Community Developer, we find plots of land, throughout the nation, of 20+acres and develop them into a 'G3 Village'. When built, a G3 Village is operated by a local staff team and its residents, as a self-sustaining, regenerative, independent living community.
We engage on three levels:
1: Through people who connect with us via our social media, or newsletter subscription, then spread our ministry and pray for us.
2: Through 'Ministry Giving Champions' who cover our home office operating costs.
3: Through 'Village Legacy Champions' who assist finding and obtaining land then with building out site specific areas of a G3 Village.

A former film industry accountant and producer, she traded Hollywood glitz for God’s plan, she has dedicated her life to ensuring that aging is defined by grace, growth, and Giving God Glory.
